As every click on my web site is for my Market Timing page, I thought the e-mail group would like a looky-C here.

Although I stick to the DJIA, the $SPX is also a good indicator of market conditions. How many times have it said, "It's all in the charts?" So the markets are holding a very oversold condition and we shall see how well it holds up. But on the fundamentals, which are a one year lagging indicator I think we may be heading for more trouble.
Keep your looky-C on markets in China and India that are, and will be the global economic leaders in the future at the expense of the USA economy and the EU.
Africa can not make it, I wish to add.
Like to mention the lows in the 2nd year of the decade and the crashes in the 7th years.
