Quote:-
The Bulls jumped to a 2007 high reading at 56.7% last week. That is up from 52.2% the previous
issue. Keep in mind that the latest data does not include any significant reaction to the broad
weakness exhibited last week, from Tu.to Th.
The Bears decreased to 21.1%, from 22.8% a week ago. That is close to the 2007 low at 19.6% from
four weeks ago. That was the fewest Bears since Aug. 2005. Normally, too few Bears causes a
negative outlook and that is now being confirmed by the rising number of Bulls.
Those looking for a correction moved down to 22.2% from 25.0%.
and...very interesting para.
We had antipated that a week of record highs for almost all stock averages would attract network
news stories and general interest magazine covers. Since that was not the case, we can only
conclude that the media's aversion to President Bush prevented those stories.

( Very interesting last Para. When the stock mkt. tanks, I bet the media will be all over the place ).
DJIA closed at 13,639 up+85, and up+214 on the wk. A very volatile wk.indeed, Tu.12th dn-129,
and Wed.13th up+187. Pt.and fig.chart in just a few days went bearish to bullish, so now it's
going back up. The wk.before, Wed.6th DJIA fell-129, and Th.7th down-199.
The mkt.is very nervous and is trying to mark an end to the amazing run up from the low back in
mid .Mar.at intraday low 11,989. Going to Bullish then Bearish in one week. Watch it!
US Dollar 82.85 dn-0.26, hit my target of 83.10 as the intraday high hit 83.14, four cents higher.
Gold got close to my down side target of $640, hit $646 last week. $6 above so far, very close.
Crude $68.54 up+0.40 has made a breakout over $67. Target this rise is at $72.90.
