Markets Index DJIA 12,130 up+16 p&f chart..
Just sent you the DJIA report and it wouldn't be complete without a copy of the pt.& fig.chart, so here it is. Matching my downside DJIA target of 11,600 if we close, and when, below 12,100. The 45 degree rising line has support at 11,700, so that's it. Charts don't lie, everything else does.
