Markets - US Dollar 77.43 up+0.86 p&f chart.
I don't know if any of you understand the p&f chart, but here is a
short lesson. What I like about these chart is they give you a very
longer term view that the bar doesn't.
The chart spans no more that seven years, with the high of 120 hit
June 2001 & Jan. 2003. Since then, we have had three major declines.
The first, from May 2003 at 118 down to 98 Mar. 2003, 12 sqrs. down.
Second, Sept 2004 at 98 down to 85 Jan.2004, 14 sqrs..down.
Present decline, from Feb.2007 at 86 dn.to 75 Nov.2007, 12 sqrs..dn.
All three declines have been almost 12 squares down in the p&f chart,
so we got there on this drop, what's new? We got very oversold.
Here is yet, another observation:- The past two big drops, the chart
reversed up only three sqrs., so expect a repeat and a the reversal up
of 3 sqrs. will be 78 at least.
So, present target 77.57 and then at 78 with not much effort.
Stay tuned to the market's "top forecasting service". Comments?
