Markets - Crude Oil $95.98 up+1.85 p&f chart up+2 sqrs.
Here is the point and figure chart that shows, with out any doubt, Crude Oil has turned up again, and a try at $100 mark as the US Dollar is also on the rise.

Good guess now, is that the US Dollar will stop rising, but that is a guess and not confirmed by the charts yet.
